• Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.

• Special requests are welcome and will be accommodated when possible, but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

• Prices are accurate at the time of booking and may change due to taxes, fees, or provider adjustments.

2. Payments

• A deposit secures your trip; full payment is due before departure.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• Refunds follow the policies of travel providers (airlines, hotels, cruises, etc.) and may include fees.

• Trip modifications must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and possible fees.

• Some changes may not be possible due to provider restrictions.

5. Travel Documentation

• Clients are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, and any required vaccinations are current and valid.

• Victorious Vacations by Vonetta is not liable for travel disruptions caused by invalid or missing documents.

6. Health & Safety

• Clients should meet any health requirements for their destination.

• We are not responsible for illness, injury, or loss during travel.

7. Liability

• We act as an intermediary between clients and travel providers and are not responsible for third-party actions or omissions.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all trips.

8. Privacy

• Client information is collected solely for travel arrangements and is stored securely.

• Your information will never be shared with unauthorized parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any concerns will first be addressed through friendly discussion.

• If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws if needed.
